There are several touchpoints that were excellent! The lady who checked us in was the right person in the right seat. She was bright and personable. She engaged with us naturally and carried herself very professionally. The layout of the room was great...as was the shower and the comfort of the mattresses. The gentlman who prepared breakfast was friendly and on his game.

The hotel has a nice contemporary feel. Hallways were stylish, well lite and clean. The room was a king suite with a sofa bed and desk. Bedding and towels had a nice feel. Plenty of countertop space to place suitcases and items. The closet was well laid out with a nice shelving unit and lots of hangers.

Pool was small and room description could be better. Booked a two bedroom and it was one room with 0 privacy from adults to kids. Not sure why it says two rooms if it's one big room with a partial divider that's not even actually a divider or privacy screen. No way to lock bathroom door

Lady at front desk was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great on Tuesday morning and the attendant was nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location was minutes from everything you could think of, yet secluded.

EVERYTHING was very clean and organized, the place was immaculate! Any extra Garbage on the floor was picked before the next morning. Recycling and trash canisters were available. The stay was very convenient for a family of six or more or less. The staff was very well mannered and help led to more than accommodate us on all our needs and wants. We were staying here for our daughters AAU travel basketball event which could get quite tiring but this hotel stay helped ease the monotony. The hotel was so convenient 4-8 minutes away from any place we needed to be at. The complimentary breakfast was grand, so was the bed sizes, and the space. Everything worked well for us and we met some great ppl in the process.
